It has multiple change anytime price change (tcg low/mid and many others). I think its 5 bucks CAD and like maybe 2 for the collection abilities(i forgot if this is ture its been so long since I thought about any of the one time cost) but I just used a deck and called it "collection" as my collection for like 4 years.
